p0s4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or where continued operation of the Account would expose p0s4d to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. p0s4d reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to Rp 50.000 per month to inactive Account balances, provided that the Balance does not fall below zero. Players will be notified via the registered email address before any deduction is applied.
In accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards and our commitment to responsible gaming, p0s4d requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed and in certain other circumstances.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. In the event that a deposit fails to reach your Account or a withdrawal is returned by the recipient institution, please contact our support team at [email protected] within seventy-two (72) hours. p0s4d will investigate and, where appropriate, reprocess the transaction. We reserve the right to deduct any bank-imposed return fees from the reprocessed amount.
From time to time, p0s4d offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is announced. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
New Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. A bet or wager is deemed accepted only when the Platform generates a confirmed transaction reference number. Bets placed in error, or where insufficient Balance existed at the time of placement, will be declared void. p0s4d reserves the right to declare any bet void where: an event is abandoned or postponed beyond twenty-four (24) hours from the original scheduled start time; there is a manifest error in the published odds; or the integrity of an event is reasonably called into question. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).
In-play bets are accepted at p0s4d's discretion. Connectivity issues experienced by the Player during a live betting session are not the responsibility of p0s4d. Live bet settlements are final upon confirmation by the Platform's settlement engine.
Maximum single-event payout limits apply and are displayed on each market. p0s4d reserves the right to reduce stake sizes or decline bets from any Player without explanation.
